All of Tchaikovsky’s passion, longing, love and vitality come together in his great symphonic masterpiece, the “Pathétique” symphony. This all-Russian program, conducted by Principal Guest Conductor Alain Trudel, also includes Prokofiev’s Violin Concerto No. 2 performed by the Vancouver Symphony’s former concertmaster and recording artist Mark Fewer.
